If you have an urgent medical problem, please try and telephone us as early in the day as possible.
Our receptionists will ask you for a brief summary of your problem; you do not have to share this information, however it will assist our clinical team in assessing the urgency of your problem.
A GP will call you back to discuss your medical problem and if necessary arrange a home visit. You will be visited by one of our Paramedics, who prior to visiting will have discussed your case with a GP.
Our Paramedics are very experienced and will be able to assess and treat you and where appropriate arrange for medication to be issued. They are fully supported by the Nexus Clinical Team.
After the visit the paramedic and GP will discuss your medical problem and arrange any follow up, medication or referral that is required.
